With a tour operator, costs may vary by period, route and days of travel.

On the basis of previous trips, the total amount planned for the trip to the USA is around a maximum of 3000€, all inclusive.

The total fee is divided into two parts, pre-departure expenses and out-of-pocket expenses during the trip.

The pre-departure expenses, to be reclaimed a couple of months before the trip, include:

  •  Round trip flight to the United States
  •  Accommodation throughout the trip (in hotel chains with accommodation in rooms of 4, excluding nights in Las Vegas)
  •  Car rental (based on total number of participants)
  • Medical insurance-cancellation insurance
  •  Shuttle from BigRock/Meolo to the airport on the outward and return journey

Out-of-pocket expenses during the trip, depending on the participant, include:

  •  Food
  •  Gasoline
  •  Entries to national parks
  •  Possible nights in Las Vegas
  • and anything not included in the pre-departure expenses.
